A special bus will take visitors from Heerlen and Maastricht to Hasselt. If you want hop on the bus, please contact info@tedxeutropolis.eu for reservervations. Here is the schedule:

• 8.10h bus arrives on the Burgemeester van Grunsvenplein in Heerlen (Schouwburg)
• 8.15h bus leaves Heerlen
• 8.35h bus arrives at the Maastricht central station
• 8.45h bus leaves Maastricht
• 9.30h arrival in Hasselt, Belgium

After a full day of inspiration the bus will pick you up at 18.00h sharp at the TEDxEutropolis venue to bring you back to Maastricht and Heerlen.

Costs are € 20 per person.

Carpool

For a metropolis the cross-border transportsystem could use some enhancements. Until then Carpooling might be a solution. Find you ride here.

Public transport

If you arrive on the Hasselt trainstation please:

• go to the busstation
• take bus H3 direction Hasselt Godsheide
• get off on H3 Stokrooie/Kiewit
• talk a 3 minute walk to Bootstraat 9

Parking

There are several parking lots available.  

You will not be hungry during the second edition of TEDxEutropolis. Our lunch and breaks will present good food inspired by Slow Food.

Coffee, drinks and in-betweens are available. We'll take good care of our audience.

 

There will be extensive media coverage not only from the organisation but also from you.
